1. Authentic Product Guarantee & Chain of Custody
ACZORA operates as an exclusive importer and retailer of certified luxury beauty formulations. Every product dispatched from our Dhaka facility carries our serialized holographic tamper-proof seal. By placing an order, the patron acknowledges that product authenticity is guaranteed under direct manufacturer chain-of-custody protocols.
2. 7-Day Cosmetic Return & Hygiene Policy
In accordance with Bangladesh consumer hygiene and health safety compliance regulations, cosmetics are personal care products. Our return rules are strictly defined as follows:
- 7-Calendar Day Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the Steadfast courier delivery timestamp.
- Unbroken Seals Mandatory: Returns are accepted exclusively if the outer manufacturer shrink-wrap, box, and ACZORA holographic security seal remain completely intact and untampered.
- Non-Returnable: Products with opened boxes, broken seals, swatched shades, or used applicators are strictly non-refundable due to hygiene hazards.
3. Delivery Charges & Logistics
Delivery charges are standardized across Bangladesh:
- Inside Dhaka City: ৳70 flat rate (24 to 48 hours delivery window).
- Outside Dhaka (All 64 Districts): ৳130 flat rate (48 to 72 hours via Steadfast Courier).
- Complimentary Delivery: Automatically applied to all orders with items subtotal of ৳1,500 or greater.
4. Fiscal Invoicing (NBR Mushak 6.3)
All purchases generated through ACZORA receive a legally binding sequential tax invoice conforming to National Board of Revenue VAT Mushak 6.3 standards (formatted atomically as ACZ-YYYY-XXXXXX). Prices displayed across the platform include all applicable Bangladeshi taxes.
